Here at Caitlyn Simpson Fitness we believe in living a balanced lifestyle. The most sustainable way to stay on the path of living a healthier, more fulfilled lifestyle, is to still do the things you enjoy but to do it in a more mindful way. We don't believe in quick fad diets, we want to transform your physique, mindset and lifestyle for the better.

Caitlyn is qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training, alongside being a spin and reformer pilates instructor.

Caitlyn also has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Forensic Psychology. Her psychology background helps empathise and understand clients on a deeper level, alongside caring about their mental health.

Our Pricing AND PAYMENT STRUCTURE

All sessions are an hour long unless agreed differently. Blocks must be paid for before our first session together - Before I program online workouts

 

1 -1 IN PERSON COACHING

Only you for a 4 week block

1 session per week £160 (4 sessions)

2 sessions per week £300 (8 sessions)

3 sessions per week £420 (12 sessions)

 

2 - 1 IN PERSON COACHING 

Both you and a friend together for a 4 week block

1 session per week £200 (£100 per person)

2 sessions per week £340 (£170 per person)

3 sessions per week £480 (£240 per person)

 

HYBRID COACHING (per 4 week block)

1 session per week £180

2 sessions per week £320

 

ONLINE COACHING ONLY £100 (per month)

Or with one IN PERSON session £130

 

All payments must be made before the first session of every block unless agreed differently

I would always recommend a minimum of 12 weeks working together, so that you can adjust to the nutrition and fitness changes, and allow time to see changes and reach your goals.

You MUST use all of you sessions within you block, any remaining sessions cannot be carried over onto the next block, but I will try my best to accommodate,
