Here at Caitlyn Simpson Fitness we believe in living a balanced lifestyle. The most sustainable way to stay on the path of living a healthier, more fulfilled lifestyle, is to still do the things you enjoy but to do it in a more mindful way. We don't believe in quick fad diets, we want to transform your physique, mindset and lifestyle for the better.

Caitlyn is qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training, alongside being a spin and reformer pilates instructor.

Caitlyn also has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Forensic Psychology. Her psychology background helps empathise and understand clients on a deeper level, alongside caring about their mental health.

Our Pricing 

All sessions are an hour long unless agreed differently. I charge £35 an hour and work in 4 week blocks. Blocks must be paid for before our first session together.

1 X SESSION PER WEEK £140 (per 4 week block)

2 X SESSIONS PER WEEK £260 (per 4 week block)

3 X SESSIONS PER WEEK £400 per (4 week block)

ONLINE COACHING ONLY £100 (per 4 week block)

2-2-1 1 X SESSION PER WEEK £180 (per 4 week block- £90 per person)

1 X SESSION PER WEEK PLUS ONLINE COACHING £200 (per 4 week block)

I would always recommend a minimum of 12 weeks working together, so that you can adjust to the nutrition and fitness changes, and allow time to see changes and reach your goals.

This also includes 24/7 support via WhatsApp, creating a nutrition plan tailored to your goals, weekly check-ins to see how you’re getting on with your fitness and nutrition out-with our sessions, and can make any changes if necessary.

Once you have sent over payment for your block and have completed the PAR-Q and consultation form that I provide, then I will start putting together your nutrition and training plan.

Why strength training?
